Working with FSC certified wood helps us be on track with our principle of reducing he overconsumption of wood from our rain forests, eliminating landfills, and protecting our planet as a whole.

Our woodless item collection utilizes 20-40% portion of waste for each piece of upcycled material to reduce the wood consumption and keep your lifestyle still intact with nature. The team believes in reducing the material residue and its negative impact on our planet.

We at Stelapop© believe in sustenance of our products. The process in which our products are built makes it easy for them to be upcycled anytime you chose to. The woodless items can we reinjected into our cycle to rebuilt into new styles, thus closing the loop with a hope of circular future.

Step 1 - Collecting (garments and scraps)

The team at Stelapop© accumulates denim waste from the partner brands and processes it.
The fabric waste is then sorted and cut eliminating any additional scrap before moving to the next step.

Step 2 - Shredding & Mixing

The segregating fabric waste is then mixed with our special binder in a 60:40 ratio. It is then dried out with solar energy and crushed to a fine consistency. This eco-friendly process makes it easy to upcycle the product at a later stage too.

Step 3 - Pressing

The crushed mixture is pressed and processed into woodless panels. These panels are both cold and hot pressed before being resized to different size requirements. Any wastage derived from this process can be reused upto 99% in making CORE, Reinforcement, BIO Fuel, and Bio Brick.

Step 4 - Finishing

The finished panels can now we crafted into a range of woodless items like table tops, chairs, boxes, coasters, and much more.
